Maciej Lipowski (born 1981), a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Commerce and Law Ryszard Łazarski in Warsaw. After completing his apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Warsaw, he was entered on the list of attorneys in 2011. While still a student, he became professionally involved with the Corpus Iuris Rotko i Wspólnicy Sp.k. with which he was associated until 2016. Since 2016, he has been practicing as part of an individual legal practice. He has extensive professional experience gained in representing clients in civil, administrative and court-administrative proceedings. He permanently cooperates with significant entities from the construction and financial industries in the field of full legal services, both procedural, corporate and contract.
His practice also involves providing assistance to natural persons in connection with legal problems in the field of broadly understood civil law (including inheritance, family law and consumer protection).
For many years, it has also helped people and entities whose property rights are not properly taken into account when planning and conducting construction investments.
He also conducts proceedings related to unfair provisions of mortgage loan agreements and consumer loan agreements.
